About Me

My family and I have recently moved up to the Northern
Rivers and we are living in beautiful Ballina. We are loving learning about the
area and discovering the amazing variety of experiences on offer. Every day is
an opportunity and if you can find someone to learn from or someone to teach,
you will have made a difference! I love growing food in our garden, riding my
bike, playing with my daughters, writing and meeting people.

About my Work

At St Carthage’s Community Care I am the Lead Intake Support
Planner. I work with Government Agencies, Allied Services and our Support
Planners to ensure our Clients are presented with informed options as they find
they have need for our aged services. I have built a career on a variety of
customer service roles, working for local government in Melbourne and the
energy industry in Adelaide. At its core, customer service is all about helping
people deal with the challenges of change. St Carthage's has the Eden
Alternative as a fantastic road map and weathervane for guidance and
measurement of change management for our Elders. I look forward to supporting
our Elders as their lives and needs change.

About My Community

My Grand Plan is to become a part of this community! I look
forward to exploring and discovering the people and places that make the Far
North Coast such a vibrant and beautiful region.
