Accessing St Carthage’s services through the NDIS

We provide a range of services to support older people, adults and children with a disability to live independently and get actively involved in their local community.

We can support with:

  • Daily living at home
  • Getting out and about in your community
  • Giving carers a break

  • Pursuing interests and social activities
  • Support participants to access opportunities to pursue your life’s goals.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme provides government funded support for people with a disability and their families and carers.

The NDIS is designed to provide greater choice and personalised support. The NDIS will fund reasonable and necessary supports such as in home services, therapies, equipment, home modifications, mobility equipment or taking part in community activities or assistance with employment.
St Carthage’s Community Care is a registered provider with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
